This 1930's bungalow was in need of a lot of attention
BEFORE
BEFORE
This 1930's bungalow had fallen into grave disrepair. The roof was caving in, the floors were all rotten and it was in serious need of a a makeover. We replaced all the windows, completely gutted the house and replaced all the plumbing and electrical and geve it an industrial bungalow look.
AFTER
AFTER
We built a new front porch, new roof and gave it an appealing paint job.
BATHROOM 2
The vanity was a table I found at an import store in Houston. The iron decorative pieces are off an old porch rail. We added a free floating sink that we found at Habitat for Humanity. The floors are tile and the towel bar is iron gas plumbing.
Kitchen
The kitchen was a narrow galley kitchen, so we were limited to a narrow island, but I knew that I wanted room for bar stools, so we left one side of the island open to put bar stools on both sides of the island.
Backsplash
In keeping with the industrial look, I used wood looking tile backsplash.
